Children – What’s in a Name 2020

This is where you share your link to your book review for the category “a reference to children.”  This can be a title that contains the words or variations of the words: children, child, baby (or those words in other languages.) Of course “girl” and “boy” also work, but for an additional challenge try to find something else! There’s so many titles with “girl” in them now.

  5. For this prompt I read The Small Backs of Children by Lidia Yuknavitch. I have had this book on my shelf for quite some time and was the only book I had with the reference to anything related to children or babies. I had high expectations because the synopsis sounded so good and maybe like something supernatural or superpower-y would be going on. I ended up giving this 2 stars…it wasn’t what I was expecting and overall just wasn’t for me which was disappointing.
